To Great-Grandmother's House We Go

We spent a wonderful weekend in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, visiting my Grandparents' Valentine. Aiden loved meeting his great-grandparents, a few great-aunts and great-uncles, and cousins, to boot! He also loved Goldie, my Grandma's little "baby".

Autumn Chills

Autumn has brought her cool weather to North Carolina--time to bundle up!

Happy Halloween!

Much of our October has been quite warm, so our little round-headed boy enjoyed time outside. Though too young to really get into the Halloween spirit, we decided to take advantage of Aiden's hairlessness.

The McBride Family

Clyde and I were married in 2009 and are currently living in Waynesville, Missouri. Clyde, a Gunnery Sergeant, has served in the Marine Corps for over 18 years and is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood. After two combat deployments to Iraq and a third to Afghanistan, I am relieved to have him home, where he serves as an Instructor at the Engineer Chief's Course.

I am not currently working outside the home and love spending my days with Aiden, Audra, Elyse and Kona, and Ciala and Lauren, when we're lucky! My favorite hobby is researching my family history, finding no shortage of interesting facts as I search.

Ciala is 14-years-old and in the 9th grade, and Lauren is 11-years-old and in 6th grade. They live mostly in Kentucky, but we love each time we get to have them home with us.

Aiden is 3-years-old and provides us with new joys and challenges each day! Audra is 1-year-old, and blesses us daily with her sweet, loving personality. Elyse arrived in June, bringing a precious spirit into our home.
